  • I have a question about submitting my receipt. Who can I contact?

  • How can do I submit my receipt?

    Receipts may be submitted in one of the following ways:

    By Website:

    • Please visit rewards.stockingspree.com
    • Click Create an account or login with your registered credentials
    • Once registered or logged in, click Submit Receipts and follow on screen instructions to upload your Publix receipt.


    By Text:
    • Text the keyword "SSREWARDS" to 86677 to receive a text message with Receipt Photo instructions. You will first receive a text message with instructions for Receipt Photo submissions.

  • What mobile devices work with this program?

    Nearly any mobile device works, provided that the mobile device is equipped with a digital camera and you can connect to the Internet.

  • Does this offer only work with certain web browsers?

    This offer works in all web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome).

  • Is there a time limit on uploading my receipt?

    Receipts must be uploaded by Monday, December 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM PST.

  • Why didn't I get all the points for the items I purchased?

    Points are awarded based on the amount paid for the qualified purchases excluding sales tax, any store level discounts or promotions, including coupons that are included in the Publix weekly Savings Flyers or Extra Savings Advertisements. If you have any questions regarding points for the items you purchased please contact customerservice@tpgrewards.com.

  • What happens if I lose my original receipt? Can I use a copied receipt?

    No copies or facsimiles will be accepted.

  • Where do I mail my qualifying receipt for this program?

    All receipts must be submitted digitally and uploaded through the promotion website.

  • How can I redeem the offer?

    You must create an account on reward.stockingspree.com and upload your receipt photo through the site. Once you reach the promotion threshold of $50 you will be required to request your Publix Gift Card(s) at rewards.stockingspree.com. Gift Card(s) will not be automatically sent when the threshold is met.

    Go to "Claim Gift Card" and choose to receive either a Digital Card or Physical Gift Card in order to cash out your points for your Publix Gift Card(s).

  • What do I receive for making a qualifying purchase?

    You will receive your choice of a Digital $10 Publix Gift Card to be applied to your Publix Digital Wallet or a Physical $10 Gift Card for every $50 spent towards qualifying products (up to 12 annually). The Publix Gift Card can be redeemed at Publix for any non-restricted items (the restricted items include alcohol, tobacco and lottery).

  • Is there a difference between the Physical Gift Card and the Digital Gift Card?

    Yes, there is a difference. See below:

    • The Physical Gift Card is an actual $10 Publix Gift card that will be mailed to you via USPS. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery. The card will be mailed to the address provided during the registration process. The Physical Gift Card does not expire.
    • The Digital Gift Card is applied to your Publix Digital Wallet. Once loaded, please go to your Publix Digital Wallet account to see the exact expiration date of your reward. To redeem, go shopping any Publix store. At checkout, you will be required to enter in the 10- digit phone number on the PIN Pad linked to your Publix Digital Wallet account.   • How will I receive my Digital Gift Card?

    If you opt to receive a Digital Gift Card you must have a Publix Digital Wallet Account. When selecting the Digital Gift Card option, you will be asked to provide the 10-digit phone number associated with your Publix Digital Wallet Account. Upon confirmation of the phone number a $10 Digital Gift Card will be loaded to your Publix Digital Wallet account. Allow 24 hours for the Digital Gift Card to be loaded to the Publix Digital Wallet account. To enroll and to receive a Publix Digital Wallet account, please visit www.publix.com and select “Sign Up”.

  • I don't have a Publix Digital Wallet Coupon Account, How can I create one?

    Creating an account is very simple – please visit www.publix.com and select "Sign Up" to register.

  • How do I redeem my Digital Gift Card?

    To redeem your Digital Gift Card you must purchase $10 or more in non-restricted items (the restricted items include alcohol, tobacco and lottery) and must provide the 10-digit phone number registered to your Publix Digital Wallet Account on the PIN Pad when you checkout at a Publix store. The $10 value will automatically be deducted from the shopping total. To enroll and to receive a Publix Digital Wallet account go to www.publix.com and select “Sign Up”.

  • Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase using my Digital Gift Card?

    Yes, there are a few items that are restricted. The restricted items include alcohol, tobacco and lottery.

    Yes, there are a few items that are restricted. The restricted items include alcohol, tobacco and lottery.

  • What happens with unused balance of a Digital Gift Card?

    You must purchase $10 or more in non-restricted items (the restricted items include alcohol, tobacco and lottery) for the Digital Gift Card to apply. Therefore there will never be a balance. To redeem your $10 Digital Gift Card you must provide the 10-digit phone number registered to your Publix Digital Wallet Account on the PIN Pad when you checkout at the Publix store. The $10 value will automatically be deducted from your total bill. To enroll and to receive a Publix Digital Wallet account to publix.com and select “Sign Up”.

  • Can I transfer my Digital Gift Card balance to someone else?

    Publix Digital Gift Cards are non transferrable.

  • Does my Digital Gift Card expire?

    Yes, your Digital Gift Card does expire. It is valid for 6 months and you will be able to redeem it any Publix store. Please check your Publix Digital account to see the exact expiration date of your $10 Digital Gift Card.

  • How long does it take to receive my Physical $10 Gift Card?

    After you claim your Physical Gift Card, you will receive your $10 Gift Card in 3-4 weeks via USPS to the address provided during registration.

  • Who can I contact regarding the status of my reward?

    You will receive an email with the status of your Publix Gift Card. Additionally, the status of your Publix Gift Card will also be posted in your Rewards.Stockingpree.com Loyalty Account in the “Points Balance” Section. If you have any questions, you can email customerservice@tpgrewards.com or call 800-290-0816.

  • I did not receive my card?

    Please allow 3-4 weeks from the date you claimed your Publix Gift Card to receive your physical $10 Gift Card. If it has been longer than 3-4 weeks contact customerservice@tpgny.com or call 800-290-0816.

  • Can I transfer my balance to someone else?

    Publix Gift Cards are non transferable.

  • Does my Physical Gift Card expire?

    Your Physical Publix Gift Card does not expire.

  • How can I check my Physical Gift Card balance?

    To check your balance visit the customer service department at your local Publix store.

  • What happens with unused balance of a Physical Gift Card?

    The balance is available and you can use it on your next shopping trip.

  • How are multiple submissions of the same receipt handled?

    Multiple submissions of the same receipt will not be accepted, but you can submit multiple, unique receipts from any Publix store. If multiple submissions of the same receipt are sent in for validation, you will receive a reply message indicating that the receipt is not valid and your receipt will not be validated.

  • How can I follow up to see if my request is in process or find out when I will get my Publix Gift Card?

    You will receive an email with the status of your Publix Gift Card. Additionally, the status of your Publix Gift Card will also be posted in your Rewards.StockingSpree.com account in the “Points Balance” Section.   • How do I upload a receipt?

    Please follow the below steps to upload a receipt:

    • Create an account or login into your account
    • Click the "SUBMIT RECEIPTS" button
    • Select the total # of products on your receipt
    • Click the "SUBMIT YOUR IMAGE" button

  • Can multiple receipts be photographed for redemption at the same time?

    No, each submission can only contain one receipt. You may take up to 5 images of the receipt if it is long and upload via the website. Each image should be submitted separately once the previous image is validated.

  • How can I take a picture of multiple parts of a long receipt?

    If your receipt is too long, you can take multiple images of parts of your receipt. See receipt image examples below where we have outlined how the images should be clicked. Make sure that there is an overlapping product between the parts of image that you are going to upload. This is how the system will verify that you have uploaded the separate parts of the same receipt.

  • What do I do if the program does not recognize my receipt, even if it has never been redeemed before?

    If the receipt is rejected and you have not submitted this receipt before, please contact us at customerservice@tpgny.com or call 1-800-290-0816.

  • What part of the qualifying receipt should be photographed for redemption?

    You will need to take a photo of your entire receipt.
    VERY IMPORTANT: Include the following in the picture of your receipt:

    • Publix store Name/Logo
    • Kraft, Mondelez, PepsiCo and P&G products purchased and corresponding price for each
    • Total Amount purchased
    • Flatten the receipt and take a clear photo.

    Review the image quality before submitting. Please check that the image is clear. If receipt is too long please take up to 5 slightly overlapping images so that the Kraft, Mondelez, PepsiCo and P&G products are clearly visible, with the retailer's name/logo, P&G products purchased and corresponding price for each, date and time and total amount purchased.

  • Will I be told why a picture failed?

    Please give the system up to 24 hours for your submission to be processed. If your receipt picture is rejected you will receive an email giving a specific reason as to why your receipt was rejected.

  • How will receipts be validated?

    A system will capture and digitize your receipt to validate that you have purchased participating Kraft, Mondelez, PepsiCo and P&G products towards the purchase threshold.

  • How long is the turn around to get the 'success' or 'failed' message?

    Receipts are processed very quickly, but it may take up to 24 hours for your receipt to be processed. Once your receipt has been processed you will receive a notification via email as to the status of your receipt. You can also view the processing status of your receipt when you log into Rewards.StockingSpree.com.

  • What do I enter in the select the number of products on your receipt section?

    When you click on "Submit Receipts", you will need to enter the total number of items purchased on the one receipt that you are about to submit. Please only submit the number of items on one receipt at a time. Please make sure the qualifying items purchased are marked with an asterisk * or check mark.
